Email support@email.lukija.app for account, privacy, purchase, browser-extension, or connected-app help. Include what you were trying to do and the error message you saw, but do not send passwords, access tokens, or sensitive text.

ChatGPT and Codex connection

Lukija's OpenAI plugin can show recent reading progress, open the exact place where you stopped, and run five-item practice from words saved in your Lukija account. It does not provide generic translation or grammar explanations.

If the connection stops working, disconnect Lukija from the connected-app or plugin settings in the OpenAI product you used, then connect it again. Disconnecting stops future access through that connection; it does not delete your Lukija account or learning history.

To request access, correction, export, or deletion of your data, email the support address above from the address associated with your Lukija account. See the Privacy Policy for more information.
